With the growth that the company is currently experiencing, and to better position the organization as the marketplace evolves, Beltservice is recruiting a Manager of Information Technologies. This is the senior-most position in the IT organization, and is a critical part of the management team, bringing keen insight to business decisions and major initiatives geared toward growth in revenue and profitability. Beltservice is looking to this position to establish a long-term technical vision that supports the company’s overall strategy.

The Manager of Information Technologies will oversee a department consisting of a five-person team, as well as numerous outside vendors, consultants, and contractors. A “player/coach” mentality is expected for this role which will require hands-on management for a company of this size.
Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

A minimum of ten years work experience in IT, including proven successful leadership of an IT organization.

Well rounded technical background including infrastructure, networks, complex ERP, business intelligence, development and database management.

Experience in a multi-site IT support environment is required

Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.

Strong business acumen, proven decision-making skills.

Proven project management and organization skills.

Ability to influence others with strong oral and written communication skills.

Willing to travel 10-15% of the time, primarily to company facilities.

Professional, positive, and self-motivated team player.
