Vice President of Human Resources- Mainstream Energy, San Luis Obispo, CA

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and execute on programs to develop competitive advantage through our people and our programs
- Promote a culture that brings out the best in our employees and brands us as an Employer of Choice
- Be the strategic leadership advisor to the executive team
- Define HR metrics that align with business objectives
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Human Resources/Business or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in a Vice President level Human Resources position in a fast-growth company in a highly competitive industry
- Global experience preferred;
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated track record of building great organizations;
- Demonstrated experience in developing and driving organizational change through employee engagement, talent mapping, leadership development and communication.
