Job Description
This position provides day-to-day oversight and strategic direction for the NationaLease National Accounts Program in the United States and Canada. The VP of National Accounts will meet and exceed the team's assigned sales quotas, coordinate the management and renewal of existing business, manage the P&L of the National Accounts Program, insure the value of the program to the NationaLease Membership, and coordinate the Annual National Sales Meeting. 50% travel required.
Desired Skills & Experience
College Degree with course work in business or transportation. 7-10 years of demonstrated sales success and management with strong knowledge of competitive analysis, strategizing and execution, and in-depth knowledge of negotiation tools and techniques. Advanced knowledge of financial elements (balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, tax reporting, etc.). Backround in transportation industry with preferred experience in a member/dealer environment. Must be able to manage veteran team, work with "C" level clients, members, and suppliers, and have a vision and ability to execute aggressive growth plan.
