Our Engine Business has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Director located in Columbus, Indiana.Responsibilities * Coach and lead others in business process improvement activities * Lead / participate in Supply Chain Management cross-functional process design and redesign efforts * Partner with Cummins internal and external stakeholders to define business solutions and ensure appropriate level of ECommerce resource support for implementation. * Coach team to ensure work is executed following a structured methodology * Apply Supply Chain and ECommerce industry trends to create best in industry solutions * Supervise and develop others * Drive execution per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Insure processes and procedures are documented for defined area of responsibility
Skills / Experience Required: : Demonstrate effective leadership in setting SMART objectives, delivering superior results, and fostering Cummins core values : Customer driven: ability to partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, define a plan, and execute to meet customer expectations : IT knowledge to effectively contribute to and validate proposed solutions : Champion Change: Ability to lead process improvement across functions : Ability to lead and coach use of project management skills to identify actions and manage task execution per plan to insure milestones are met : Solid knowledge of supply chain concepts, business processes, and supply chain technology integration
Education Requirements: : Degree: MBA / MS / BS; 10+ years professional experience : Majors: Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer and Information Technology
Individual Development Plan (IDP) : 6 Sigma Green Belt and Sponsor certification : APICS CPIM and CSCP certification
