Vanguard Health Systems is seeking a strong Director of Compliance in our Harlingen/Brownsville Texas system. This candidate will oversee all compliance issues including but not limited to*Anti Kick *$350 rule*Stark Law Compliance*General system compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have several years of healthcare compliance and be ready to take the next step. This is a highly visible role and will require a high level or professionalism and attention to detail. Relocation is available for the ideal candidate.
Desired Skills & Experience
* 2-5 years of healthcare compliance experience
* Working knowledge of Stark Law, Anti Kick back and the $350 rule
* This role will require a high level of communication with senior staff and the ability to lead and influence others.
* Strong written/verbal communication
