Responsible for overseeing and developing of the short and long-term
Product Sales strategy for the Company. Develops and implements the
annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the Company's Product
Sales programs. Monitors the progress of sales; reviews records and
reports provided to senior management. Organizes, promotes, and
orchestrates sales activities across multiple divisions/business units
to ensure the success of the product sales campaign(s.) Defines and
recommends new products and services for market opportunities. Provides
leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes
to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets
business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with
this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers an annual operating budget for Product Sales.
- Assists in the development of long-term sales strategies and marketing
plans. Identifies tools to assist with sales activities and action
steps to follow in the sales campaign.
- Works closely with training teams for deployment of successful
training curriculum and ensures access to all resources and tools needed
to develop a skilled and knowledgeable staff.
- Works with leadership throughout the organization to coordinate
marketing and sales efforts.
- Implements advertising and promotional activities.
- Oversees the recruitment, training, and leadership in multiple teams
of Product Sales personnel. Develops and assists in coordinating all
logistical aspects of the sales program.
- Deploys incentives and other programs as necessary to achieve critical
milestones to success.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters
of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
