This role is designed to help drive the scale and adoption of Microsoft’s offerings in the AI space by ensuring we are driving predictable sales processes that enable execution excellence while fulfilling our global business strategy goals. You will be a key influencer in this senior Individual Contributor role working across the Go-to-Market (GTM) highly matrixed organization spanning across the company.

Success is measured by:



Meet/exceed all AI goals
Influence and drive adoption of AI Taxonomy across the company, with all AI pipeline and deals
Real time monitoring, telemetry and insight regarding AI pipeline, top deals, deals due to close next week/30 days/quarter, etc.
Holistic AI Customer Monitoring – track and monitor all AI Customer engagements ensuring the right resource is with the right customer at the right time
All targeted accounts have AI integrated into their double-sided account plans
Drive adoption of the AI Engagement Model across the Company
Revenue achievement that meets or exceeds plan and quotas.
One, and only one, account plan per customer ensuring one holistic view of all deals in the pipeline.
100% compliance with solution sales methodology.
Accurate and predictable forecasts, staying ahead of the curve to avoid any surprises.
Extended member of AI Program Management Office team, and contributor to all strategic meetings and regular updates.
Monitor year-over-year increase in customer satisfaction as measured by NSAT scores
Effective strategic growth decisions utilizing business intelligence developed by sales excellence.
A healthy Cost of Sale framework anchored by strategic investment decisions, working with the
Commercial AI PMO and all key AI workstreams.
Clear commitments and goals aligned across the business down to the individual level.
Responsibilities
Will assist the Office of the CTO and the associated PMO team by developing and maintaining strong business relationships, individually, and across teams
Engage broadly with work stream owners and teams to monitor plans and progress, manage issues and risks, and plan and execute on the Landing work
Drive Continuous Improvement: Ensure standard, consistent processes and feedback loops exist
Provide value-added program management guidance to team members to support successful program delivery (e.g., project management methodologies, job aides, and best practices)
Impact Business Results
Maintain the Master Project Plan working with the PMO Communications Lead; contribute to changes and contributions to the Master Project Schedule; risk and issues tracking; facilitate governance and with partnership with the Office of the CTO and the PMO, provide senior management with visibility into project progress via status reporting, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess as many of the following skills / experiences as possible:

Strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques
Structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business strategy
Strong business acumen across a professional services organization
Hands on creation of project management deliverables
Exceptional influence without authority and excellent collaboration skills
Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and subject matter experts
15 plus years of experience driving program, project and resource management, including implementing new/changed business processes
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; MBA is preferred
Exceptionally strong communication skills (written, presentation, and verbal), excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams and organizations in a global (often virtual) work environment
Experience with large scale change management scenarios
Must have the ability to work across disparate teams and drive cross team projects to clear goals and business results
Organizational agility and ability to work successfully across a complex, highly-matrix environment
