ADP is hiring a Sr. Director of Client Services. In this critical role, the Senior Director Client Service leads multiple teams of Service Center Consultants, which typically include one or more Client Service Center Managers and Team Leads, to create an exceptional service experience for clients while meeting business goals and objectives. May also manage support staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures delivery of stellar service to build and improve client satisfaction and retention.
Manages team performance to ensure demonstrated product expertise, effective client support, and focus on client relationships.
Acts as a client escalation point for the team’s base and Client Service Center Managers I and II.
Responsible for personally building and maintaining relationships with decision makers of clients on the team’s base with the goal of retaining the client’s business and ensuring client satisfaction.
Directs activities of a regional based Client Services organization to meet profitability, growth and productivity objectives.
Establishes and implements key strategies for the client services function.
Develops and drives initiatives that focus on process improvements throughout the service organization.
Management responsibilities include creation and accomplishment of financial objectives, operating plan initiatives including shoring, client satisfaction and retention, associate satisfaction and retention, and staff development/retention initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree required or the equivalent in experience and education.
5-8 years of experience in a client services management role, preferably in the Payroll and HR outsourcing area.
Experience managing senior level client relationships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; MBA preferred
Experience managing senior level client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
Proven ability to assess performance, mentor and counsel associates essential.
Strong leadership and people management skills required.
Must be able to work under pressure of time constraints and be able to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment.
Effective time management and conflict resolution skills required.
Ability to motivate and lead others; highly collaborative; superior business acumen, communication and judgment.
