The Watson Commerce team is at the forefront of driving IBM's mission around becoming a SaaS forward company. This team is enhancing IBM’s position with line of business professionals who are increasingly at the forefront of technology buying decisions.This role is responsible for growing the key Merchandising Persona area to a point where IBM gains ownership of "Merchandising Out”. This position will have overall accountability for Offering Management of On premise, SaaS eCommerce and Merchandising (working with HCL) solutions. This is a growth segment and expected to almost double in size globally by 2019.

Significant business and people management leadership skills to drive and expand the Selling and Fulfillment Segment
Client facing expertise to drive additional revenue and support retainment of base
Skill and knowledge of offering
Backlog Management and Sprint Planning
Experience working with NPS and other Instrumentation tools
Product life cycle management including trials, contracts, deployment, adoption, renewal
