• Work across multiple channels and levels of the organization to develop marketing strategies.
• Implementing successful print, outdoor, online/interactive media campaigns.
• Implement strategies to support social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and others identified as necessities to achieving business objectives
• Direct marketing activities to acquire new and retain current customers.
• Public relations and communication with the media and communities; including donations.
• Work collaboratively with business units to develop and implement participation in events, trade shows and sponsorships
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage website and mobile site presence and activity for multiple business units to drive traffic.
• Manage email campaigns, list creation, analytics and reporting.
• Develop and execute the marketing financial plan; including flyer expenses, coop collection, labor planning, etc…
• Leverage strong planning and team management skills to achieve significant results.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and/or related experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; must be a team player.
• Detail Oriented, innovative and creative, with strong self-directed time management skills.
• Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
• Understanding of business and technical process relationships is essential.
