Patreon seeks an experienced director of product to help us grow into a membership business. This product leader will help us build a world class product organization and expand into new business models while maintaining growth of a strong core product. This leader will have end to end product experience in a variety of business models as well as management / coaching experience. You’ll own the strategy & execution of 2-5 teams at Patreon as we scale.
* Mid Market and enterprise product management.
* Breadth of experience in different types of product roles.
* P&L experience
* Consumer product management.
* Pricing / Packaging experience in multiple business models.
* Managed up to 5-7 teams.
* Cross functional leadership in Sales, marketing & customer success
* Deep customer centricity
* Track record of revenue growth & product expansion.
* 10+ years experience
* Board reporting & leadership presence.
* GM or Product leader of a standalone product or business.
Responsibilities
* Coach / manage product managers with a track record of successful growth
* Manage 1-4 teams and product managers
* Drive value in growth of high value creators.
* Drive key strategic metrics across multiple product teams
* Own Patron value retention as a company goal (Or) Own Creator cohort value.
* Drive unrelenting creator centrism.
