Posting Overview:

The Corporate Director of Operations Finance strategically assists the VP of Finance in achieving goals, maximizing asset value and returns on investment for owners and equity partners. Supports assigned hotels, leads corporate finance associates and indirectly supervises property Directors of Finance.

ABILITIES

Ability to travel on a regular basis (50-75%)

Prolonged sitting throughout entire shift at computerized workstation

Lifting and carrying of objects, 30-35 pounds

Excellent hearing required to train and interact with management and associates.

Excellent vision required to read reports, computer, etc.

Mobility -limited mobility between offices and departments. No continuous standing, climbing or driving.

EDUCATION / FORMAL TRAINING

Bachelors degree required; concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred

EXPERIENCE

5 years of related management experience in finance roles in hospitality with at least 2 years as either an Assistant Property Director of Finance or a Property Director of Finance / Controller.

Office environment – 90%, Hotel and restaurant environment – 10%
