In Analog, people-not devices-are at the center of everything we do. Our tech moves beyond screens and pixels, creating a new reality aimed at bringing us closer together-whether that’s scientists ‘meeting’ on the surface of a virtual Mars or some yet undreamt-of possibility. To get there, we are incorporating diverse groundbreaking technologies, from the revolutionary Holographic Processing Unit to computer vision, machine learning, human-computer interaction, and more. We are a growing team of talented engineers and artists putting technology on a human path across all Windows devices, including Microsoft HoloLens, the Internet of Things, phones, tablets, desktops, and Xbox. • Participate on the Analog Incubation leadership team to collaborate on incubation priorities.

• Engage across Analog to work with early adopters, commercial customers, or Insiders to incubate and prototype ideas.

• Recruit and develop small team of software developers and manage team to desired outcomes.

• As appropriate, expand early iterations into broader proposals for engineering investments.

• Share learnings across Analog and Microsoft, while developing an internal network to connect related efforts and maximize ROI.

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience in an engineering, technical leadership or product management role

• Exceptionally strong organizational skills, with demonstrated success solving complex creative problems across multiple projects at the same time.

• Track record of establishing powerful workflows using simple, efficient techniques, iterating rapidly based on client notes.

• Self-starter with excellent time and priority management skills.

• An ability to drive from concept to execution, with the ability to take ownership of features and assess requirements, while leading others in execution.

• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or other technical discipline, or four additional years of technical experience.
