ADP is hiring a Director of Wage Payments Operations. In this position, you will be the lead person responsible managing the daily operations for the ADP Wage Payments including the year-end business.

The ADP Wage Payments business represents a significant revenue opportunity for ADP as the market is expected to continue to grow over the next 3 to 5 years In order to support this growth, investments in Wage Payments solutions and operations infrastructure are being made and execution of many of these enhancements will be the responsibility of the Director of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define, track and measure key operational metrics and embed this in the team’s culture
Create a comprehensive dashboard to monitor and report key operational metrics for the ADP Wage Payments business
Develop daily/week/monthly reports for effective monitoring of business/operational risks
Manage relationships with key stakeholders
Implement initiatives and processes to ensure work is completed within schedule, quality standards based upon priorities and overall goals
Serve as a resource for other team members, based on a strong working knowledge of team’s responsibilities and goals
Lead and inspire the organization in management activities including attainment of individual and team goals, overall alignment with performance management requirements, goals and rewards systems, employee relations, mentoring, and talent/career development
Develop leaders for succession
Manage escalated issues and provide direction
Ensure existing controls related to the ADP wage payments operations are maintained and strive to continuously tightening controls
Understand and ensure compliance with externally mandated wage compliance regulations
Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes to increase production and accommodate work volumes toward enhanced Customer satisfaction
Track, monitor and report issues relative to the wage payments business
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of related experience
Strong experience in analyzing systems and operational processes with emphasis on lean/six-sigma methodologies or similiar methodolgies
At least 5 years of people leadership experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Wage Payments or other Human Capital Management experience highly preferred
Strong experience in analyzing systems and operational processes and with emphasis on lean/six-sigma methodologies
Diplomacy, decisiveness, problem solving skills with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to interact and influence individuals up & down and across various departments
Strong project management, presentation and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motive resources
Advanced expertise with PC based business applications, such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Effective at presenting and interacting with “C-suite” (“senior presence”)
Effective at resolving complex problems quickly and decisively
Strong influence skills
Strategic thinker with a bent for execution
Demonstrated experience in the unrelenting pursuit of operational excellence
