GoDaddy’s Productivity business is helping millions of small businesses look more professional, work anywhere and get more done with their day. As a Director of Product Management, you will develop market and customer insights to identify and execute new business opportunities. You will champion the business opportunities inside GoDaddy and represent GoDaddy with partners and industry events. Your job success is dependent on realized business outcomes.
Develop deep market and customer insights for new business opportunities
Leverage these insights to develop business cases (build/buy/partner) to gain consensus with executives
Develop and drive the rapid iterations testing plan to scale out new opportunities
Own and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap
Lead cross functional collaboration with engineering, inside sales, marketing teams to execute roadmap and business outcomes
Represent GoDaddy as domain and product expert at customer & partner meetings, industry and corporate events online in customer community.
Engage with customers of all sizes for requirements gathering and roadmap briefings
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your product
Do you have what it takes?
10 years of direct experience building B2B/B2C SaaS products
In depth understanding of SMB and IT paid services market
MBA or startup experience preferred
Passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into great products
Leadership track record of driving new innovation at startup or enterprises
“Roll up your sleeves” mentality and desire to own product from concept to execution.
Solid analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset.
Superior leadership qualities, with a track record of increasing responsibility and results in a cross-functional, team environment.
Excellent written, presentation and organizational skills; strong project management skills, including supervising multiple projects simultaneously.
