Payoneer is looking for a proven, high-performing Director of Sales to help us meet our ambitious growth objectives in the mass payouts industry. We are looking for a charismatic individual contributor who can help bring the entire company to the next level.
The role reports directly to the Head of Sales, The Americas and Australia and will be responsible for driving enterprise sales targets to deliver exceptional revenue growth in this fast-growing industry.
Developing and executing sales strategy to ensure volume and revenue goals are met/exceeded.
Establish aggressive sales objectives and equip self and the team with the sales processes and tactics needed to achieve goals
Drive a management discipline that effectively uses sales analytics to measure productivity, territory potential and revenue forecasting
Assist in development of top sales talent to ensure that the sales team maximizes profitable growth and market share
Lead transformational change with the focus on a “solutions selling” and “value selling” culture
Ensure that company has maximized sales coverage and participation across all markets and geographic areas
Develop and maintain world-class C-level relationships with key executives at both prospects and clients
Manage client relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales setup and integration.
Drive execution through both internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal revenue, speed-to-market and service levels.
Partner with internal counterparts in finance, legal, marketing, product and technical integration teams throughout the sales process
Timely production of clear call and ongoing status reports plus forecasts to update sales management and internal counterparts on account activity.
You should come prepared with:
Proven track record in leading enterprise level sales engagements that drive transformational growth goals
Demonstrated experience growing enterprise sales utilizing consultative selling techniques
Proven analytic expertise in revenue forecasting, business planning and pricing
Ability to create and transform environments while still instilling a dedication for critical sales processes including funnel management and accurate forecasting
Success achieving aggressive goals and teaching others to achieve them.
Ability to inspire vision and energy in our sales team and our customers
Agility to effectively navigate an organization building trust through collaboration and work ethic.
Strong analytical skills, project management and technical acumen
Willingness to take charge and work effectively to deliver results, despite internal or external obstacles.
Adept at working as part of a diverse team and as a self-sufficient individual
First class presentation and listening skills plus an effective closing technique - boardroom level.
Prior success selling into large, complex customer environments with multiple decision makers at many levels.
Ability to provide innovative solutions to established problems for prospects familiar with the offering.
Entrepreneurial, with a bias towards action and a collaborative nature
Experience working with the complexities of the payments world
Ability to work globally across cultures and in different cultural environments
Proven expertise with Salesforce
Interest in continually developing their personal and professional skills.
10 years proven sales/business development success
Outstanding social and relationship building skills
Ability to travel globally to meet with team members, partners, and prospects.
Fluency in multiple languages a plus
