ADP is hiring a Senior Director Organization Effectiveness (OE) and Team Solutions (TS)

This position leads ADP’s OE and Team Solutions practice, focusing on solution planning and execution in support of our business objectives. The role supports GT&D’s overall mission to deliver solutions that accelerate business, team and leader productivity and performance.

The focus of OE/TS is to provide targeted organization and team effectiveness solutions, developing and executing solutions through internal consulting as a key lever in supporting ADP’s Win as One strategy and scorecard

What your day-to-day looks like:

Maximizing Team Effectiveness: 40%

Design and deliver “High-Performing Team” solutions that meet the needs of teams at different phases of their lifecycle. This is ideal for new teams, teams in transition and mature teams focused on new and challenging remits.

Partners with LGE and XCOM leaders, HR and Talent Partners to identify team transition needs.
Consult with and coach team leaders on goals and solution design to create and sustain a high-performing team.
Utilize team effectiveness assessment pre and post TE solutions.
Develop and communicate success metrics which provide leaders the tools they need to measure effectiveness and drive accountability.
Building Change Leadership Capabilities: 25%

Partner with Executive leaders, HR and Talent Partners to drive team and organization effectiveness during change and consult with BU and Function senior leadership teams to build capability with leaders and teams, including overall people and project strategy, leadership development and impact measurement.
Insure an effective multi-disciplinary approach to managing change impacting functional and business areas. May facilitate change efforts in response to legal/regulatory events, technology/platform shifts, acquisitions, and/or changes in organizational structure, partnering with HR and SMEs in the business.
Optimizing Organization Effectiveness 25% (Future Focused)

In partnership with the Talent Solutions team, delivers end to end organization effectiveness solutions including org design (redesign) and supporting development to maximize organizational productivity.

Team & Thought Leadership: 10%

Build and lead a team of world-class organizational & team development consultants.

Consistently evaluates and implements global development best practices, programs and technologies to ensure ongoing development efficiency and effectiveness.
Designs and establishes benchmarks, SLAs, KPIs that measure the impact and effectiveness of organizational, team and individual consulting solutions on the organization’s overall performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in HR/HCM, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and/or Business & Master’s or Doctoral Degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., MS/MA/MBA) required.
Accredited Coaching certification
HBDI, MBTI, Hogan or other assessment tools and certifications preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:

10 – 15 years’ experience in designing and managing talent and organizational consulting services with proven business impact.
Internal and external strategic advisory and consulting, including initial consulting, client management, engagement design, execution and evaluation.
Facilitation with teams, especially in resolving conflict.
Breadth of experience in needs assessment, adult learning theories, instructional design and evaluation tools and techniques with proven experience in practical application.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with all levels of business leaders and HR leaders across a highly complex matrixed organization.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as highly impactful presentation and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability in identifying and selecting the best talent continuously building for the future.
Excellent people management skills, including virtual team management; developing and articulating a vision, setting expectations and creating an environment of accountability and engagement.
Strategic and innovative thinking coupled with pragmatic, results oriented execution.
Strong understanding of our business and the ability to drive development as a key business lever.
Proven ability to develop strong external network to both create a strong brand in the market as well as integrate best in class thinking into our development strategy.
Experience driving transformational change in a complex environment.
Strong vendor management experience
