The Leadership Recruiting team at Google is an exciting and focused group, responsible for all hiring at the Leadership level (Director and above) across all parts of the organization. Our work is focused solely on the most critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the business.

As a Recruiter on the Leadership Recruiting team at Google, you will act as a trusted adviser regarding finding and hiring leadership talent who will help to build, deliver and grow our innovative technologies and services that improve people’s lives.

We are seeking creative, analytical and resourceful individuals with a passion for research and developing relationships, and who have the ability to listen to and understand the goals of candidates and our hiring teams. You will play the role of a talent scout, tapping into various tools and resources to uncover the best talent in the market and then matching them with the roles to which they are best aligned.
Responsibilities
Work across the full suite of Google product groups in APAC, including Search, Hardware, Cloud, YouTube, Android, Maps, Play, and including various functions (e.g. Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, etc).
Partner with senior leaders on high-profile leadership hires, advising on search strategy and ideal candidate profile.
Engage and assess executive level candidates, leveraging strategic thinking and influencing skills to bring exceptional talent into Google. Build proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage them over the longer term.
Work closely with the business throughout the search process, providing consistent communication and outstanding client service.
Innovate in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes - not just incremental improvements, but also “moon shots” that fundamentally change how we do business.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in executive search, executive recruiting or management consulting with a focus on the technology sector.
Experience in working cross-functionally and building partnerships across a global business.
Client relationship management experience,

Preferred qualifications:
Experience and expertise in executive search and/or executive talent acquisition.
Demonstrated record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a leader.
Demonstrated passion for advancing the human resources agenda of the organization.
Collaborative team player, with a demonstrated record of maximizing team as well as individual performance.
High level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity
Ability to drive projects and to act as a trusted advisor.
