The Director of Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives in support of a diverse and inclusive workforce. The ideal candidate is a thought leader that effectively works cross functionally to determine and implement initiatives or programs that will make an impact.
They will lead and manage the D&I Executive Committee, Site Leader Programs, and Employee Resource Groups.
They will design, develop, and deliver internal team presentations to promote and scale the program.
The Director will determine core programs and ensure flawless execution.
They are responsible for all communications and outreach related to diversity and inclusion. This includes internal and external websites, communication and event plans, outreach strategy, community events, and interfacing with external partners or companies.
They will determine the speaker, messaging, and logistics for all corporate sponsored events.
They are responsible for managing the performance of diversity and inclusion through key metrics and routine reporting. In addition, they will utilize qualitative and quantitative data to determine focus areas and develop plans to achieve workforce objectives.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate should have previous experience leading diversity and inclusion programs.
