About the role

Key business development skills will require building key relationships with government officials in key ministries with significant international development activity, and leverage Deloitte team members to build high-quality business development proposals.
Shape, prepare, follow-through and close deals and opportunities, adhering to Deloitte’s values and priorities
Specialization in one or more the following key content areas in international development:
Public finance management and budgetary reform
Private sector development
Infrastructure and sustainability
Development economics
Good governance and public sector reform
Monitoring and evaluation

About you

MBA or Masters degree from a premier school, with excellent analytical / problem-solving skills
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy/general management role.
Should have managed or lead independently on projects and made presentations to key internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) - ability to communicate with C-level executives
Willing to work in fast-paced and, at times, high pressure entrepreneurial environment
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
