The role is part of the CVP & Customer Solutions organization which is part of CEMEA Product. The role will focus on deploying and commercializing global platforms in the MENA region with key clients. The role will also be responsible to negotiate, close, manage and deploy benefits that will enhance product propositions, drive platform adoption, revenue, and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with relevant global teams to commercialize and deploy key platforms across
MENA and with key clients
Work closely with clients and relevant cross functions to continuously capture and implement
improvements to platforms, reflecting local requirements
Provide ongoing maintenance and support to clients on deployed platforms
Use a systematic approach to establish deep relationships with partners and maintain
a pipeline of new opportunities designed to drive relevance and reach
Work with local product team in MENA, marketing, Visa Performance Solutions, Analytics
and Business Development to explore and execute opportunities with key clients
Maintain active relationships with Visa’s existing key partners and proactively address
business issues and identify ways to maximize value for both parties
Drive post-close engagement plans for success
Identify and track relevant metrics of success and periodically report to the executive
leadership team on status
Qualifications
Qualifications / Key Competencies
Bachelor’s degree, advanced business degree or MBA from top school is preferred
8 years or greater, of solid experience within the financial services industry, payment network, or large multinational corporate spanning the area of strategic partnerships
Proven track record of successful execution in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to execute independently and operate successfully within a matrix/team structure.
Ability to interact effectively with external partners including suppliers, clients and strategic partners.
Superior analytical, financial modelling and problem solving skills.
Extensive experience in negotiations and proposition structuring
Excellent planning and organization skills and business judgment, including the ability to anticipate the impact of decisions/initiatives.
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to drive consensus and influence leaders in cross regional and cross functional teams.
Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs, generate out-of-the-box solutions, manage uncertainty and anticipate the impact of decisions/initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Proficient user of all Microsoft Office products (particularly with strong PowerPoint presentation skills and excel modelling)
International or regional business experience.
Business travel required
