What you'll do
Lead, develop and mentor a growing team of marketing managers and associates to meet our ambitious growth goals
Experiment to continuously improve the quantity, quality, conversion, and cadence of incoming leads while lowering CAC
Partner with leaders from Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Field Marketing to launch, optimize, and learn from programs fueling demand
Plan and forecast the budget required to meet demand generation goals
Develop deep expertise in Flexport’s brand identity, client profiles, and value prop, and be able to write compelling and effective content for emails, landing pages, and other demand gen program assets
Continuously optimize our website and landing pages.
What you’ll need
7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing with demonstrated success across key metrics, preferably in SaaS
5+ years of experience leading teams, and a strong interest in mentorship and professional development
Rigorous analytical and data-driven mindset. You decide based on evidence, and when you don’t have the evidence you need, you run tests.
Marketo expertise, and ideally experience as a Marketo administrator.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills. You’re a cross-functional collaborator, you rely on input from experts across the organization, and you ensure that your team’s agenda aligns closely to company goals and that you coordinate with other teams’ efforts.
Excellent written communication skills. You love great copy and like to write your own. You’re a keen editor of others’ work. You can ensure a consistent brand voice and writing style.
