The Role:
We're looking for a world class Director, Enterprise Marketing to join our Team. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you will own Nitro’s GTM plan to drive growth in the Enterprise segment globally, and lead our account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to achieve KPIs.
Develop compelling campaigns and ABM programs that successfully engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales.
Work directly with Nitro Strategic and Enterprise Sales team on regional/local or vertical-specific events and account-based programs to support target account objectives.
Manage team (including global and regional staff) in the planning, development and execution of all Enterprise Marketing initiatives.
Partner with Marketing Operations & Insights for strategic input on ABM strategies, for operational feasibility and delivery, and for tracking/reporting on Target Account funnel progress.
Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Marketing team leads to set quarterly team goals and priorities and determine needs and requirements across the team.
Coordinate with other Marketing team members/disciplines (including Product/Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web, Social, etc.), providing clear strategic leadership and appropriate direction to maximize integrated efforts and help team achieve shared goals/targets.
Lead/participate in Marketing team meetings, Sales enablement/training sessions, company meetings, and quarterly presentations to Executive staff.
What we’re looking for:
6-8 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience
Successful history in developing and executing demand gen and pipeline-building marketing programs, including email, digital, events, direct mail and more
Experience in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies
Industry/vertical expertise in financial services, insurance, healthcare, professional services a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience presenting to executive teams and large audiences
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product management, customer success, and more
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects quickly
Ability to be a self-starter, looking ahead of what people ask you
Passion for technology and disruption
Management experience and MBA a plus
