Support Services Offering Director Intel Santa Clara

This position is accountable for assisting Intel sales strategy team and supporting the field sales organization with Support / Service pricing. Candidate will be responsible for collecting / analyzing data and information in order to evaluate market's performance and identify areas of opportunity. Tracking the status of Requests for Proposals RFPs, Request for Quotes RFQs, SOWs, etc. assists in maintaining a schedule for current and upcoming proposal activity and ensuring timely delivery of proposals to customers. Working with the proposal / program manager, Contracts Manager, finance and MMBP to review, summarize, and matrix RFP requirements to ensure compliant submittals. This role will develop pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall project pricing support.
Monitor and retain all action items and deliverables.
Serve as liaison point between field sales and service / support capabilities teams.
Extract and maintain product returns and defective data.
Assist in support metric data.
Participate in management meetings and develop key takeaways, action items and deliverables.
Support the completion of sales projects including proposals and marketing materials.
Various other sales related project work.
Create dashboards for pricing and analysis of support cost data.
Compile competitive analysis information.

Qualifications

Candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree preferably an MS or MBA and five to eight years of relevant business experience.

- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Business Operations or Pricing experience.
- Strong leadership and/or cross functional team experience.
- Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and customers.
- Prior experience in solutions support and services pricing and strategy.
