Lead all GTM (Go to Market) activities for Asia Pacific and Japan
Be the lead analyst in supporting region End User, Channel, Biz Ops business team
Represent Finance in key regional initiatives related to GTM such as Aurora, T2 inventory reporting
Work with Sales Ops to ensure quality reporting in GTM performance data and channel inventory/sell through reporting
Act as a gatekeeper on Partner Incentive Trip and make sure ROI is in line with guidance for PC/Print/Supplies
Lead the reporting and analysis on actual PC GTM P&L; share insights with region stakeholders for necessary actions
Be on top of Sales productivity analysis in supporting the resource deployment discussion
Provide guidance to the rest of the team members
Lead AR/DSO Flash process for Asia Pacific and Japan
Engage with sub-region/region and WW FP&A stakeholders for flash process
Analyze, report on quarterly actuals of Asia Pacific and Japan and sub-region
Influence sub-region and business stakeholders for potential escalation and resolution of High Risk AR accounts
Support finance director in weekly Cash Cadence with Business Leaders
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical skills.
