As a UCB ‘ propartnering’ person and Director PV Strategic Outsourcing and Partner Management you like to work in an environment where you can:

Optimizing resourcing (both internal and external) by applying collaborative partnership management skills and win/win negotiation strategies to promote an optimal business environment.
Ensuring that PV partners provide high quality services in compliance with UCB’s Standards, SOPs and regulations, including establishment of SLAs and KPIs to measure and monitor performance. Interact with the partners’ project leads to gain insight and address needs and issues as they arise.
Together with Safety functions, establishing best-in-class processes, tools and working practices to foster and implement open communication, quality, and efficiency and cost effectiveness of the deliverables for each partnership.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master would be a plus , in B.A., Pharma or Science
5+ years’ experience in a senior biopharma or pharmaceutical role
5+ years’ experience in a senior Sourcing/ Contracting/ Purchasing or Relationship Management role
Proven track record in negotiation and stakeholder management.
Experience in leadership role within matrix structure
Excellent skills in influencing without authority.
Analytical/exploratory mindset.
