MAJOR DUTIES
Develop and implement a long-term Supply Chain (SC) Global Strategic Business Plan coordinating with Corporate Strategy and Global SC teams.
Drive global margin analysis identifying key opportunity areas to continuously improve profits. Collaborate with Global Brand and Commercial Finance to determine key strategic brands and countries where margins need to be improved. Provide cost reduction and sourcing recommendations.
Coordinate efficient and effective Budget reviews highlighting KPI goals, risks and opportunities (including FX). Ensure full alignment across all stakeholders.
Manage team reducing Obsolescence inventory via proactive coordination across Global Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
Effectively communicate with senior global/sector teams cost and material trends, variance drivers and actionable solutions. Track projects and support teams to ensure timely implementation and results are met.
Continue developing and innovating financial processes and systems that improve reporting timings and data visibility. Create actionable reports that identify cost variances and opportunities. Support SAP implementation and EA integration. Be a change agent, staying close to projects and guiding teams until successful implementation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong Analytical and Business skills: Able to get into the details as well as see the big picture
Demonstrated strong Leadership, developing high performance teams, driving results in a global environment
Change agent: clearly communicate and implement change in a fast-paced environment
Ability to set and meet high standards for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for all Operations units around the world.
Prior experience in consumer goods company managing operations costs and savings
Cost Accounting solid experiences and strong understanding
Standard Costing, GAAP, Sarbanes – Oxley
SAP experience (desired)
Capital budgeting and accounting as well as expense budgeting
Ability to present information and analysis in a meaningful, timely and user-friendly manner
Must be able to deal effectively with all levels for the Operations Group and Corporate Finance organization around the world
Influencing skills; business partnering expertise; strong mentoring skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
