Hill International is currently looking for a Director of Facilities Management for our international Project Management business.
The Director of Facilities Management shall head up Hill International’s FM sector, they shall cover a number of regions including the Middle East, Europe and North Africa and shall be based in the Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
· To assist with current FM operations
· To assist in the business development effort in the Middle East in FM Consultancy services
· Follow up on proposals submitted
· Identify new prospects
· Be responsible to grow the FM business for Hill International
Requirements:
· Relevant FM qualifications
· Facilities Management professional with a minimum of 15 years’ experience
· The last 5 years in a managerial position in a facilities management company (control over technical aspects, prices, coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, clients and other project stakeholders)
· Excellent report writing skills are essential along with good presentation skills.
· Must have business development experience especially in the Middle East region.
· Ability to travel
