Expectations on the role:
You’ll lead your own team of go getters in an agile model
Architect and build new capabilities into the API Platform
Provide feedback into core product teams to influence their roadmap and strategy
You will also own career management for your team
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise application development
Experience in leading high performing teams in an agile model
Must have a strong base in building scalable, reliable and highly performant systems
Self-motivated and drive for excellence
Must love coding – hands-on technical skills
MS or BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Financial services and/or payments processing industry experience is a plus
Java and/or Node js experience is a plus
Experience in BI (Business Intelligence) systems and analytics is a plus
