As CGI expands with in the Australian market, we are now looking for a Director of Consulting Services Delivery Manager (DCSDM) to take ownership of one of our strategic growth areas in the Melbourne Hobart and Canberra Metro.
This position reports directly to the VP of Consulting Services and is unique in that it allows full accountability and ownership over your accounts. You will be responsible for the service delivery, expansion of business and people management , in order for your client group to achieve its revenue and profitability targets.

- Account management, expansion and development to support CGI's growth plans
- Participating in the delivery of client engagements
- Ensuring the quality of services delivered, utilising relevant project management and delivery tools
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients up to C Suite
- Assigning, recruiting and supporting the career development of team members, the team construct is up to 30 members
- Fostering the development of the team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution
- Operations Management - leading and managing to achieve targeted revenue and profitability
- Being a contributing members of the leadership team inclusive of these responsibilities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 12+ years relevant industry experience, including 6+ years people management
- Experience in Business Consulting, understanding of CyberSecurity or Digital Transformation highly regarded
- Expert knowledge of the services sector
- A proven track record in account management and development, from maintaining existing business through to expanding future business opportunities
- Solid Project Management capability, including outstanding communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of relevant project management and delivery tools and techniques
- A proven track record in leading, growing and developing high performing teams
- Strong business management skills covering negotiating and influencing at senior and board level
- Strong leadership and team development skills. This role is also a balance of team, client and shareholder management, it is underpinned in our culture
- Experience in Telco or Financial Services would be highly regarded.
