• You are responsible for the core business of FlixBus France and are fully involved in the management of our business (Bus partner acquisition, operations and authorization processes)
• You and your team are in charge of the processes from first talks with potential partners to the conclusion of contracts and then to the go-live, while ensuring that our partner companies are always up-to-date
• You are the central internal contact person for bus partner management and bus stop authorization processes as well as supporting our management through your in-depth knowledge and decision-making.
• You are responsible for the management of the company and for the further development of your team, both in personal and professional terms
Ton Profil
• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, finance, or international business
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, usually in a top consulting firm (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) and/or in a fast-growing startup (in a business development role)
• Experience in the transport sector is a big plus
• High level of negotiation and management skills as well as joy in dealing with customers and employees
• Excellent communication and leadership with outstanding analytical skills
• Willing to travel and highly motivated to achieve your own goals
• Fluent in French and English, every other European foreign language is a bonus
