What you will do
You will report to the SVP Customer Service Delivery DXB and have fully accountability for the safe and efficient running of the entire baggage operation at Dubai Airport ( Dubai International) whilst offering subject matter expertize leadership to our second airport – Dubai World Central. You will collaborate and develop strong relationships with all our stakeholders to deliver the world’s best baggage service delivery.
To help you deliver your strategy will be a team of industry experts and operational managers focused on achieving your vision for the baggage operational performance. Your strategy will raise the global bar for baggage services and ensure that Dubai Airports aggressive future capacity demands are supported by un-paralleled service availability. To put it concisely, you will be putting the passenger experience at the heart of your whole operation.
What you will need
Your graduate qualification in either engineering, transportation, logistics or aviation will be supported by extensive experience in Airport Operations. Your recent position is likely to be at a senior managerial or executive level. What is more important is your proven ability to develop industry leading strategy and delivery of this through leading multi-disciplined teams and influencing stakeholders
Your knowledge of high volume, high availability baggage systems design and management will be key to your success in the position.
