Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, the Director of Treasury Operations' responsibility is to strategically lead and develop all day-to-day treasury operations. Functions and responsibilities include cash management, working capital management, inter-company funding, settlements, confirmations, working with operating banks, implementation of best practices in cash management technology including pooling and cash concentration, and treasury systems.

Propose enhancements to manage daily execution of policies on fund transfers, banking resolutions and delegations, and inter-company terms.
Identify and implement global cash management techniques to minimize capital utilization and banking costs.
Design and develop strategies for efficient and effective daily liquidity positions and foreign currency movement including in-house bank, payment factory and netting.
Enhance controls and efficiencies of treasury/cash management and recommend new banking/cash management technologies.
Manage all inter-company financing fund flows, including enforcement of inter-company payment terms and exploring company-wide netting opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in cash management and corporate treasury.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or 5 years of relevant work experience.
Core expertise in cash management, banking technology, balance sheet analytics and cash flow forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across groups and functions, connecting with and exhibiting a solid understanding of partnerships.
Demonstrated focus on operational excellence and risk management.
Strong analytical/financial skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a large global team with hands on management style, excellent written and verbal skills, and willing to provide clear direction to direct reports.
