The CDW Sales Director position will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction in Lenovo’s largest US business partner. This individual will be managing and maintaining account relationships through executive level engagements. They will also develop strategies for enhancing channel sales, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership and industry trends. The CDW Sales Director will have leadership responsibility for 7 Channel Account Executives that cover the different lines of business within CDW. This person will also be engaged with extended Lenovo teams and working with the Lenovo field sales organization. The candidate must be able to position Lenovo product and channel value proposition. Finally, this person must be dynamic and provide creative solutions to drive key Lenovo PC sales initiatives within CDW.
Candidate must located in or around the Chicago, IL area.
Position Requirements
• 5-7 years of proven track record of team management
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Demonstrated team building experience, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
