What you do- Drive requirements into, and hold partners accountable for delivery of, the product roadmap for both Lustre and HPC Orchestrator including OpenHPC.- Deliver P&L goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using a metric-driven management approach.- Develop direct relationships with Senior Management and key decision makers internally, and with end customers within the target sectors. Actively participate in high profile vertical forums and trade shows, and represent Intel's direction and interest in industry bodies and public forums. Create excitement about and demonstrate the value of new technologies through technical conferences and presentations sometimes including to the press. Responsible for ensuring execution of product commitments and provides proactive leadership role in driving operational excellence across the operation. Develops and manages long and short range strategic objectives and establishes priorities. Manages personnel and ensures policies are applied consistently across the organization. Represents the organization at various levels of the company.
Knowledge of and significant experience in open source and paid software businesses across key accounts in the international marketplace
Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to envision next-generation approaches to business issues, working multiple angles to a solution, including partnerships, providers, and stakeholders
A passion around one or more of the Technical Computing vertical markets Manufacturing, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Government, Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Financial Services, Digital Content Creation, etc...
