We are looking for an articulate, passionate and driven leader who will have responsibility for the development and evangelization of Juniper’s forward looking strategy and products powered by analytics and artificial intelligence / machine learning technologies. The candidate will be responsible for defining the product and technology strategy, conducting market analysis, driving product-market fit, defining pricing and Go-to-Market strategy. The candidate will have broad responsibility for working with the field sales to engage customers and identify the product opportunities for Juniper, incubate products and conduct the product-market fit. The candidate must have proven ability and record to drive product requirements for complex and dynamic networking and security spaces, engage with strategic customers, work with vendors and partners, drive market requirement from definition to delivery, and effectively interface with product marketing, product development/engineering, manufacturing, operations and finance. The candidate must have experience working with cloud, service provider and enterprise customers
Key responsibilities include:
Gather customer feedback to understand key issues/needs and trends in customer base.
Define Market Requirements (MRD) – Define future product strategy with sustainable differentiation based on customer needs, competition and market analysis
Work with various engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of products
Define pricing for products where applicable
Develop and deliver product presentations for strategic customers
Develop product collaterals for product launch and product life cycle
Minimum Qualifications:
Skills/Experience:
4+ years product line management experience
4+ years of Analytics technology experience
10+ years of work experience at a leading Networking/Security company.
Switching, routing and/or Security customer experience.
Technical knowledge in routing, switching and security technologies
Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills
Education:
Must have a BA/BS degree
MBA or equivalent
