The successful candidate for this role will serve on the leadership teams of Corporate and Technology Marketing and partner to optimize across the marketing portfolios to drive profitable growth.
Lead a team of 4-6 financial analysts to partner with the business in order to optimize VMware's marketing investment.
Evolve forecasting, reporting and planning processes for headcount and programmatic investments across the portfolio.
Drive initiatives and scenario modeling capabilities to better assess marketing investment against relative ROI goals.
Partner with business to evolve connection across the strategic marketing portfolio between Geo's, BU and Corporate.
Focus and execute process improvement initiatives to better manage and scale the marketing investment and related return.
