The Senior Director of Outbound Product Manager will oversee the ODC outbound team that oversees product releases, sales enablement, and market/client adoption in alpha/beta testing. He/she will support all phases of GTM release, training and all ODC product releases. This person will report to the VP of Product Management.
Responsibilities:

Manage the ODC outbound product management team, which responsibilities include:
Deep understanding of the Oracle Data Cloud products, data providers, and downstream media partners
Participation in product scoping, development and subsequent Go-to-Market strategy, advocating customer needs and GTM business requirements
Management of alpha and beta testing of new ODC product releases
Support of GTM teams by developing and maintaining training materials and external messaging that articulates the value proposition and use cases for new and existing products
Tracking and analysis of ODC releases to quantify product success and identify areas for growth, and maintain a pulse on the ever-changing competitive landscape and ecosystem
Participation in client discussions and quarterly business reviews as needed to gather first-hand product feedback, as well as highlight relevant new product releases that support the client’s own business objectives
Work closely with enterprise product managers and program managers to understand roadmap, create roll out plans and communication.
Work with Operations leaders to understand workflow and support efficiency of our offerings.
Collaborate with Marketing to create relevant content to train and communicate our product capabilities, value of our offerings and what makes ODC unique.
Qualifications:
7+ years relevant professional experience in digital media or ad tech, data products and interest in new and emerging technologies
Deep understanding of the advertising technology and/or marketing technology (i.e. Martech) industry ecosystem and technologies, e.g. DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, Cookies, Ad Exchanges
Understanding of online marketing metrics (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, RPV, AOV, etc.)
Experience product development and product marketing preferred
Ability to execute while working cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking in public and advocating and defending your positions verbally

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a Senior Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience preferred.
