In this role, you will be responsible for developing recommendations and creating solutions to complex, ambiguous and high visibility business issues, with the goal of driving significant business growth. You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent the GMS Revenue Programs team in presentations to sales executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities
Ensure and manage the successful execution of global programs.
Identify opportunities for product, program, and process improvement, with a focus on driving significant business growth.
Develop and independently run global projects.
Ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of your projects.
Advocate on behalf of GMS to cross-functional partners to drive development of our priorities and execution of proposed solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales operations role.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or advanced professional degree.
Experience in online advertising sales or similar industries.
Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Sense of humor and strong team orientation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
