Job Description:
To support profitable and sustainable market share growth for adidas in the Market by development and implementation of new strategic business concepts (reflecting Sales/Marketing/Operations) with key customers. Lead and manage key strategic projects as identified by VP Sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively elaborate, specify, test and roll-out the strategic vision on new market driven business concepts, advanced technological solutions and sales support services with key customers to drive effectiveness and efficiency for all adidas within NAM
• Drive creation of Sales strategic business plans for key accounts, in collaboration with sales leadership
• Address and solve cross-functional challenges and projects
• Provide high level support to VP Sales in managing complex and priority topics (e.g., understanding the issue, breaking down into the key points and summarizing actions needed)
• Preparing high level presentations on behalf of VP Sales – requires understanding of complex topics and translating into meaningful and effective communications to diverse audiences, including Board members.
• Coordinate requests regarding cross-functional process issues from NAM departments and ensure solutions are provided and communicated
• Align strategic priorities across management team and support global priorities as needed
• Assess the need and drive the change (in business processes and organizational evolution) to meet the needs of brands, markets, customers and consumers

Creation of business cases to support requirements
Definition of project management frameworks, deliverables and KPI’s
Management of communication flow
Delivering results and impact assessment
• Support Sales VP and management team in operational work

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects ideally with Marketing or Sales or Operations experience
• Strong strategic acting and high visionary thinking as well as operational skills
• Proven project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand high level business and marketing concepts and translate into building effective presentations to leaders at the executive level globally
• High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge
• Proven leadership and managerial skills (if applicable)
• High personal impact and high communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of project management and/or sales experience within large sales organization or in the consulting industry
• Preferable experience in the sport or clothing wholesale industry
• Experience successfully leading, managing and developing a team (if applicable)
• 4 yr degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
