Job Description:
We’re hiring a Director of Marketing, Business Development (BD), and Data to lead our Go to Market & BD efforts for our Consumer Ecosystem Group (CEG) based in corporate headquarters in Mountain View, CA. This role will report into our SVP/GM for Mint.com/Mint Bills. This is an exciting role that will impact our short and long-term strategy, and play a critical role in redefining the experiences our customers have with our brand, product, and teams.
This person will provide direction to our CEG Marketing & BD teams. The leader will be measured on the ability to deliver for our three stakeholders: employees, customers and shareholders. This means creating an awesome place to work where employees can do the best work of their lives, creating offerings that dramatically simplify tax completion while solving new customer problems, and delivering on a P&L that balances short and long. The leader will have direct responsibility for the go to market and business development teams and will partner with product development, product management, design, and customer care teams. Intuit is looking for a leader that lives and breathes digital marketing with expertise in web marketing (SEM/SEO), social marketing, and PR efforts. This includes bringing deep expertise to mobile advertising, display media, and social marketing. This leader will also lead the charge in utilizing the rich data in Mint to drive more targeted advice, ways to save, and open new verticals like lending. Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
10+ years overall experience in marketing with 5+ years digital marketing experience. Strong product marketing experience with a preference for candidates from the consumer software industry
Proven innovation in leveraging the web to attract, convert, and grow large a large customer base
Highly adept at using data-driven insights to drive decisions that lead to customer and sales growth
Innovation catalyst to create go to market strategy that will disrupt the market
Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
