Operations Program Manager Google Mountain View

As an Operations Program Manager in Global Capacity Delivery (GCD), your primary role will be to lead postmortems to generate process and system improvements and drive corrective actions for the organization. These improvements span operational areas including cost, quality, inventory, ordering, planning, procurement, data management, and compliance. You will leverage your experience in both operational and project roles focused on end-to-end process improvements.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end postmortems, starting from issue identification through corrective action management
Lead teams to implement new new processes and systems
Interface with internal customers, partner teams and suppliers
Drive change management across users of new processes and systems
Champion postmortem best practices for the broader organization
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
MBA or MS in a technical field
8 years of experience in supply chain management, both functional and project management roles
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with problem solving methods such as Six Sigma or 8D
Previous experience leading cross-functional project teams
Previous experience implementing new tools and systems
Excellent leadership and facilitation skills
