We are now hiring four different Directors - Change Leader Product Creation, who will have the responsibility to drive, facilitate and support the transformation towards Agile Product Streams. The four roles will target our different units Vehicle Hardware, Vehicle Propulsion, Vehicle Software & Electronics and Complete Vehicle in close collaboration with their key stakeholders. The four roles will also target different change expertize areas.
Facilitate change strategies to implement Agile Product Streams based on SAFe
Drive change (organize, plan, communicate, deploy, train)
Lead Improvement initiatives from start to end
Support Management Teams in leading change
Involve employees and drive change workshops
Drive flow descriptions and remove flow impediments
Visualize ways of working as well as change progress
Facilitate Transparent Continuous Improvements
Do you fit the profile?
Ideally, you are an outgoing and senior person with experience from driving change. It is an advantage if you have worked in larger companies with R&D and related disciplines.
Strong project management skills
Strong change leader and communication skills
Solid knowledge of processes, methods and tools for either Hardware-development, Software-development, mechatronic development or complete vehicle integration/verification
Good knowledge in Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Good knowledge of management of processes, methods and tools
Continuous Improvement skills
