WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will have hands-on development of storyboards, product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to deliver working technology platforms, complying with high quality and security standards.
You'll manage project risks and issues with all stakeholders involved and you'll be responsible for the management of project scope, budget and timelines. You will gather requirement by working closely with business sponsors translating business requirements into meaningful requirements.
You'll work with senior team members and project teams for effective communication, coordination and collaboration and you'll perform product discovery sessions to build a product backlog, envision and estimate the product, and plan incremental releases. The role will involve hands on work in terms of writing functional stories, acceptance criteria, testing and analysis and will follow Agile ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint planning/ Retro / Review, etc.) and principles throughout the product development phases.
You will effectively collaborate with and manage stakeholders and will work in a highly iterative environment consisting of short feedback loops to deliver incremental product progress up through delivery. You will align stakeholders and development teams around common measurable product goals and continue to entice and engage business into the product development process and release on-time by managing risk and planning the product construction sprint by sprint.
You will maintain a keen focus on maximizing business value and minimizing time to market effectively prioritizing (applying the 80/20 rule) and managing work breakdown (divide and conquer rule). You will collaborate with the team on an ongoing basis, guide them and lead them in the right direction.
