What You’ll Do:
Work closely with the corporate development, business development, accounting, legal and tax teams as well as Twitter’s various business teams.
Perform financial analyses and provide deal evaluation support for M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
Help provide deal recommendations to executive management, highlighting strategic rationale, business drivers and risks.
Participate in strategic planning and other special finance projects.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills preferably from M&A transaction execution experience.
Proven ability to work well in teams and develop strong rapport with senior and executive management.
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and demonstrated managerial abilities.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years of work experience, including 2+ years of corporate finance/M&A experience and 2 years of investment banking or consulting experience required.
In-depth knowledge of financial statement analysis.
Experience in leading financial due diligence processes in an M&A process.
Strong theoretical understanding of corporate finance concepts, such as CAPM, cost of capital, DCF and other valuation methodologies.
