Modis Burbank is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing, for a great client in the Central Los Angeles area. This is a great opportunity to be aligned with an emerging brand that is looking for someone in this role to help continue that growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with one or multiple of the following: startups, in-house marketing, e-commerce marketing, lead generation, or b2b.
Description
¿ This position will be responsible for providing digital marketing strategy, channel attribution, creative direction, tag implementation and troubleshooting, customer life-cycle management, CRO and a/b testing.
¿ This position will also manage business intelligence and keep up-to-date records of company performance metrics that will guide company’s movement. Create views and reports for major and minor KPIs.
¿ As you monitor KPIs, you’ll work to increase retention and prevent churn as guided by the data available to you. Identify company challenges and provide solutions, depending on your level of experience.
¿ Multi-variate testing of all email campaigns, company communications, landing pages, life cycle management, lead management and marketing channel analysis.
¿ Depending on your level of experience, we’d love for you to get your hands dirty in other digital marketing projects as you grow with the company. Creativity is not only welcomed but expected.

The Requirements
¿ Minimum of four years’ experience working for a digital or e-commerce company in a similar position or position with applicable responsibilities.
¿ Understanding of ecommerce KPIs: AOV, Conversion Rates, Customer Analytics.
¿ Strong Excel skills.
¿ Strong analytical background.
¿ Experience with a/b testing tools like: VWO, Optimizely, or Unbounce.
¿ A deep understanding of digital channels like: SEM and Paid Social.
¿ Willingness to work with a global team of professionals.
¿ Proven leadership and ability to lead small teams in self-guided projects.
¿ Previous experience using Analytics, BI and Charting tools is a plus, but not necessary.
