We currently have an opportunity within the Data Operations-Pricing Operations team in Baltimore. The candidate will report to the NA Control Director in Baltimore with daily tasks including but not limited to the following:
Data Quality review and maintenance of Product and Pricing data in reference databases and related requests and inquiries from users within the Firm
Completing root-cause analysis of data quality exceptions to determine trends in the data to identify inaccuracies in external data providers' feeds such as Bloomberg and Reuters and recommend opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity
Communicate upcoming market events with users of Security and Pricing Reference Data to assess trading, business unit, or regulatory impact
Analyzing data requests/tickets and make recommendations for eliminating or reducing ticket volume.
Identifying and implementing process improvements as well as contributing to the ongoing change projects impacting the team. As such, communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail and a readiness to escalate issues with a sense of urgency are of importance.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
Good understanding of securities reference data and Pricing (e.g. Equities, Listed Derivatives).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes.

Experience of working with remotely located teams and clients.
Experience of working with large datasets or using Extract Transform and Load (ETL) tools to analyze data
Ability to work well under pressure, lending control and order to a difficult or pressurized situation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
