United Entertainment Group is seeking an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) to primarily work with its Advertising and Marketing Creative team. As an AAE, you’ll support the cultivation of relationships with global, mid-sized, and start-up companies, the development of brand strategy, and the process to attract new business. Working in tandem with our lead account directors, you’ll serve as the critical link between our creative team and our clients, ensuring the smooth, productive relationships that lead to success. You’ll report to directly to the VP, Account Director in our NY office and work closely with our Sr. Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining project management database, scheduling and intake of creative assets to assure each project flows properly through the agency, from research to design to production
Managing project budgeting, setup, and tracking through a proprietary financial system
Partnering with creative team to write creative briefs
Developing project proposals and contracts
Creating weekly internal and client-facing project reports
Providing background research and developing case studies for new business proposals
Participating in brainstorm/ideation sessions
Cultivating, supporting, and steering client relationships as a member of the project management team
Acting as a conduit for collaboration, effectively managing cross-discipline teams and resources as well as timing and budget issues
Traveling for client meetings or events
General administrative support – booking travel, note taking, organizing files, meeting prep, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
An assistant account executive must have good interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with a variety of account service staff within a specific set of accounts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The assistant account executive should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent organization skills, and the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines. S/he must have a strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work. Previous internship experience is preferred. Project or organizational management experience. Moderately conversant in varied Creative disciplines (i.e., advertising, branding, design, editorial, events, video production). Strong work ethic and high commitment to consistently deliver quality work. Business and client savvy.
