Amazon is seeking a leader to build, launch and operate a new initiative in our grocery business. We are looking for a leader with exceptionally high judgment and a proven track record of delivering results. This leader will be responsible for creating the end-to-end CX of this new program. She/he will be responsible for creating marketing programs to attract and introduce new customers to Amazon via this program. This leader will create a vision for how this program will interact with our multiple formats for selling groceries including Pantry, Fresh, Core Grocery and Subscribe and Save.

Common traits include deep curiosity about how things work and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for customers. Dealing with ambiguity, context-switching and operating at all levels of the organization - from long range planning to SKU-level deep dives.
