We are looking for an experienced digital leader to join our team to shape how we manage and build an omni-channel set of capabilities (e.g. payments, CRM, commerce, etc) across our digital channels. You will lead a team of capability managers, who are working collaborative with product managers, to define the optimal digital customer experiences. This role demands a relentless focus on the customer, understanding their needs, and ability to create valuable products and services that meet those needs, and create business value.

Responsibilities
Engage with peers and global business partners to understand their feature and customer experience needs.
Collaborate with web, mobile, kiosk and other channels’ product directors to define, build and document omni-channel roadmaps that drive market needs and business value.
In collaboration with business, design and technology partners - define and build capabilities that enable us to effectively leverage our global scale and technology solutions towards a shared vision and common strategic framework.
Work with the capabilities managers to evaluate potential product solutions considering business (viability), technical (feasibility) and consumer (desirability) factors.
Prioritize product solutions on the global roadmap - based on benefits, costs and alignment with business goals
Guide and support capability managers through agile sprints where needed
Be a key advocate and leader in the optimization of cross-functional team effectiveness by driving collaboration and meaningful communication across teams.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in digital product and or customer experience roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively. Ideally, this individual will have had roles across multiple products or features in their career
Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred
Strong business acumen, with solid technical foundation and appreciation for design
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including an ability to build persuasive, fact based narratives for sr. audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence: develop trusted relationships that enable collaboration and to lead multi-functional global teams who may not report directly to you
Demonstrated ability to managing competing priorities between multiple stakeholders and markets
Demonstrated skill at project and product planning, including product definition, feature prioritization, trade-off evaluation, and roadmap creation
Experience working on Agile software development projects using various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum or XP
Attention to detail across business, technical, and design requirements
